Cancellation Policy
Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding. Participation in Ole Academy LLC activities requires acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms below. Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk In consideration of being allowed to participate in any event, training session, camp, clinic, or activity organized or conducted by Ole Academy LLC (“the Company”), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in soccer training, camps, clinics, and related athletic activities involves inherent risks of serious injury, including but not limited to permanent paralysis, disability, and death. While safety measures and rules may reduce these risks, I fully recognize that the potential for injury remains. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these dangers. 2. Voluntary Acceptance of Risk I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in activities hosted, organized, or operated by Ole Academy LLC or any of its representatives. This includes, but is not limited to, risks arising from the negligence of Ole Academy LLC, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, trainers, coaches, contractors, and volunteers (collectively, the “Releasees”), or any other participants. I accept full responsibility for my participation and any resulting injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage. 3. Compliance with Rules and Safety Procedures I agree to comply with all stated and customary rules, instructions, and safety procedures established by Ole Academy LLC and its trainers or staff. If I observe any unusual or significant hazard during participation, I will immediately stop and notify an Ole Academy representative. 4. Comprehensive Release of Liability In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Ole Academy LLC, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, coaches, trainers, contractors, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates, volunteers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the activity (collectively referred to as “RELEASEES”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages related to injury, disability, death, or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
